Mr. Tolces' practice encompasses the representation of public and private sector clients in governmental, real estate, and general corporate matters, as well as general probate and landlord/tenant matters. Mr. Tolces divides his time between the firm's Fort Lauderdale and Delray Beach offices.

Currently Mr. Tolces represents many of the firm's governmental clients in assisting them on a daily basis with issues related to community redevelopment, affordable housing, land use planning, environmental permitting, annexation, and other property related matters. In addition to providing general legal services to all of the firm's clientele, Mr. Tolces is General Counsel for the City of Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency, and the Lake Worth Community Redevelopment Agency.

Mr. Tolces also serves as Assistant General Counsel for the Hillsboro Inlet District, the South Florida Regional Planning Council, the Broward County Housing Authority, and was the General Counsel for the 2009 Brevard County Charter Review Commission.

Mr. Tolces is a member of the Florida Bar, the Palm Beach and Broward County Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Tolces is the current Chair for the South Coastal Division for the Children's Home Society of Florida.

Prior to joining Goren, Cherof, Doody & Ezrol, Mr. Tolces was an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Delray Beach
