Kerry L. Ezrol is a shareholder in Goren, Cherof, Doody, Ezrol, P.A. Mr. Ezrol's practice consists of representing clients in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Ezrol has received the highest (AV) rating by Martindale Hubbell, a nationally recognized rating service by attorneys and has been designated an elite attorney by Florida Trend Magazine.

Mr. Ezrol has been with the firm since 1986. He has, since 1996, served as City Attorney for the City of Wilton Manors. Mr. Ezrol also represents the firm's municipal clients in cable and telecommunications matters, bankruptcy matters, construction matters, property rights, eminent domain matters, and other litigation matters. Mr. Ezrol was appointed by the United States Trustee's office to serve as a Chapter 7 Trustee, and served in this capacity from 1993-2000.

Additionally, Mr. Ezrol serves as corporate counsel for a variety of private clients, practicing in the areas of commercial transactions, construction, bankruptcy and commercial litigation.
