Mr. Cirullo concentrates his practice in the representation of local governments, including municipalities, special districts and elections officials, as well as appellate law, land use and litigation for both private and public clients.
Mr. Cirullo currently serves as City Attorney for the City of Lighthouse Point, Florida. He also serves as counsel to various local government boards, and as special counsel for the Orange County Supervisor of Elections.
In addition to his representation of local government entities and officials, Mr. Cirullo represents public and private clients in appellate matters, both in state and federal courts. He has extensive experience in litigating elections law matters on behalf of local election officials, including the 2000 Presidential Recount in Florida and litigation concerning the 2004 Presidential Election.
Mr. Cirullo represents private clients in certain types of land use issues, such as site plan, variance and related planning and zoning matters, as well as code enforcement and other property related issues. He also represents businesses and individuals in transactional work and certain types of commercial litigation.
Mr. Cirullo is a native Floridian, having been born in West Palm Beach, Florida, and raised in Palm Beach County. He attended Cardinal Newman High School and was very active in the Boy Scouts, attaining the rank of Eagle Scout.
